What is the cashback installment offer?
An offer for credit card customers on any transactions to pay tuition fees inside Egypt "universities, schools and training courses" until September 30, 2024. The installment service is available without interest for 6 or 12 months. You will also get a cashback of up to 10% on the 6-month installment and up to 15% on the 12-month installment.
How to make an installment?
The customer completes the transaction and then calls the call center on 16668 to request the installment process.
Can we pay in installments for transactions after they are executed for a period?
Transactions must be paid in installments in the same month of execution, provided that they are collected by the merchant or entity.
When will the cashback be obtained?
A cashback amount will be added in the month following the transaction date in August, September or October 2024.
Are there any limits on transactions that can be paid in installments?
Yes, the minimum transaction is EGP 3,000, and the maximum is EGP 150,000
Are there any limits on the cashback amount?
There is a maximum limit on the cashback amount during the offer period as follows: Card Type Maximum Cashback Amount Classic Card EGP 1,000 Titanium Card EGP 2,000 Platinum Card EGP 4,000
Are there any interest on installment transactions or any other fees?
Installment service is available for 6 or 12 months without monthly interest, and only administrative expenses are calculated from the transaction value (6% for 6-month installments or 10% for 12-month installments) once only. In the event of a request to cancel the installment before the end of the period, an early payment commission of 7% will be deducted.
